Second year students of our Vocational School Child Development Program, Lecturer. See. "Centers and Educational Materials in Preschool Education (Material Exhibition)" was organized within the scope of the "Developing Tools in Education" course conducted by Semih UÇAR. 312 materials were exhibited in the exhibition, where students exhibited different activities they carried out for use in early childhood education.
Speaking at the opening of the exhibition, Lecturer. See. Semih UÇAR stated that most of the Child Development Program students have the potential to become pre-school teachers as a profession when they continue their education, and therefore students who will teach in pre-school education need to gain some qualifications before going into the field and teaching children. For this reason, since students should be informed in detail about the centers in pre-school education classes, and they should know what the materials required for these centers are and how they are made, each student was asked to prepare a material about a center and report it. Lecturer See. Uçar stated, "In this way, the student can be more useful to children in the educational environment they will attend."
Visiting the material exhibition, Malazgirt District Director of National Education, Malazgirt Culture Director, faculty members from Bulanık Vocational School and educators from different institutions had conversations with students and examined the educational materials. Additionally, many faculty members and students from different departments visited the material exhibition. The material exhibition was found very enjoyable by the visitors and was greatly appreciated.
