A meaningful event was held at our Vocational School to raise awareness on November 25th, the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. The event, which drew considerable interest from students, academics, and administrative staff, addressed the social aspects of violence against women and highlighted the fight against violence.
The event emphasized that violence against women is not only an individual but also a societal problem, highlighting the importance of awareness-raising efforts to prevent it. Following presentations by expert guest speakers, information was provided on the types of violence, legal processes, and institutions where women can seek support.
