A seminar titled "A Secure Future: Career Planning in the Gendarmerie" was given by Gendarmerie Lieutenant Colonel Ünal Yağmurkaya at our Vocational School. The event, held on December 10, 2025, at 13:00 in the Hakkı Dursun Yıldız Conference Hall, attracted significant interest from students and academic staff.
In the seminar, Lieutenant Colonel Yağmurkaya provided comprehensive information on the areas of responsibility of the gendarmerie organization, modern security concepts, the impact of technological developments on gendarmerie services, and important considerations in career planning. He offered suggestions to contribute to the professional development of the students and also provided detailed explanations about career paths and application processes for young people wishing to join the gendarmerie.
