An important seminar was held to raise awareness about cybercrime among our vocational school students. Organized by the Muş Cybercrime Branch Directorate, the seminar took place on April 21, 2026, at 1:00 PM in the Hakkı Dursun Yıldız Conference Hall.
Academic staff and numerous students attended the seminar. The seminar provided comprehensive information on the types of cybercrimes, the risks that can be encountered online, and the precautions that can be taken against these risks. Particular emphasis was placed on the importance of social media use, the protection of personal data, and safe internet habits, illustrated with examples.
Students were also given detailed information on methods of cyber fraud and ways to protect themselves from such crimes. The importance of acting consciously against frequently encountered digital threats was emphasized, and students' questions were answered.
