The District Mufti of Malazgirt, Memet Hakkı AYHAN, paid a congratulatory visit to Dr. Hasan Furkan KAPLAN, who recently assumed the position of Director of the Vocational School. During the visit, Mufti AYHAN congratulated KAPLAN on his new role and wished him success.
